• Signature-Required Execution: Unlike standard contactless drops, medical deliveries frequently require direct human contact. You must physically hand the item to an adult and capture a digital signature to establish a verified chain of custody.
• Strict Return Protocols: If a customer is unavailable to sign for a restricted medication, you must securely retain the package and execute a mandatory return to the dispatching pharmacy.
