You will operate a massive, specialized 20-to-24-foot box truck on a dedicated, highly repetitive route, executing bulk drops of bread racks to major grocery chains. Bakery Route Operations

• Pre-Dawn Dispatch: Start your shift between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM at the commercial bakery hub. You will navigate the massive cargo bay of your box truck, ensuring specialized wheeled bread racks are perfectly strapped and secured.
• Commercial Liftgate Drops: Execute highly trusted deliveries. You will frequently utilize the truck's hydraulic liftgate to lower heavy, wheeled racks of fresh bread directly onto supermarket loading docks or into receiving bays before the stores open.
• Stale Inventory Management: Part of your daily route involves retrieving empty racks and yesterday's unsold bread products from grocery store backrooms, returning them to the bakery for quality control processing.
