Dominate the Direct-Store-Delivery Network

Major beverage companies (like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and local beer distributors) rely on a massive Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) network to keep supermarket shelves stocked. As a Beverage Distribution Route Driver, you are the muscle and the face of the brand. You will pilot a commercial side-bay truck or tractor-trailer along a dedicated local route, dropping off massive pallets of liquids to grocery stores, gas stations, and convenience stores. This is a highly lucrative, intensely physical route driver role that combines commercial driving with heavy-duty merchandising.

DSD Route Operations

• Commercial Trucking: Safely navigate a massive commercial beverage truck through tight commercial parking lots, executing complex backing maneuvers into receiving docks.
• Aggressive Merchandising: This is a "touch-freight" role. You will utilize heavy-duty hand trucks to manually unload towering stacks of soda cases, water, or kegs. You will frequently stock the physical store coolers and build end-cap displays.
• Account Management: You will interact daily with store receiving managers, executing accurate invoicing, processing returns for damaged cans, and ensuring your brand commands the best shelf space.
• Inventory Rotation: Execute strict "first-in, first-out" product rotation on the shelves to ensure absolute freshness and quality control.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old. A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) is required. You must have an absolutely pristine driving record. Elite, extreme physical strength is mandatory; you must be capable of repeatedly pushing and pulling hand trucks loaded with 300+ pounds of liquid freight all day long. A rigorous DOT physical and drug screen are required.
